Connecting People. Cultivating Belonging. Creating Community.

HOPE NC is working in two communities (one in Raleigh and one in Durham) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities find inclusion and belonging while moving into their own homes and apartments, or for some in the home they were already living in. In 2025, we are working to expand the number of adults living in inclusive communities to 10 adults in our Raleigh project (we have 3 now) in addition to the 25 people at North Street in Durham. We are excited to have a new partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Orange County that will enable us to serve another 18 adults in 2026-2028. All of this while we continue our daily work to bring together community partners to advocate for statewide change.

We need your support to make sure people have more than just a roof over their head--we want to support communities to have what they need for everyone to experience belonging. Your support makes this possible.
