Making the Dream of Home a Reality

Thanks to our partnership with Alliance Health and CASA, five new residents joined The Grosvenor Gardens Apartments in Raleigh this year—bringing our total to eight, with two more expected by year’s end!

Most of our residents are living on their own for the very first time, some after decades with family. The joy and confidence we’ve seen as they settle in, make friends, and explore their neighborhood is truly inspiring.

Parents are finding peace of mind, too — one couple even took their first long trip abroad, knowing their son was thriving independently. And one new resident, now walking to work at a local coffee shop, was welcomed with furniture donated by his new neighbors.

In 2026, we’ll open four new inclusive homes in Chapel Hill with on-site support to help residents connect and thrive.
