Everyone Deserves a Place to Belong 💛

North Street's greatest asset is the people - all the people. Last year your support helped North Street welcome a full time Community Facilitator. Our paid Community Facilitator listens to neighbors’ needs, tunes in to their abilities and interests, and coordinates opportunities for support and connection. People no longer fall through the cracks - something that can happen even in the amazing North Street Neighborhood. This is extremely important for the wellbeing and durability of the Community.

The impact is clear. In 2025 residents felt 20% more connected, safe and included. 5 new residents with special needs had guidance as they navigated independent living. Neighbors learned to cook and share meals with fresh vegetables from Spring Forest Farm. Bridges were built within the wider neighborhood.

As we look ahead to 2026, your gift will help assure that North Street will continue to have a Full Time Community Facilitator, and that all residents of our inclusive community will continue to thrive.
